End of Life
The Catholic Church proclaims that
human life is sacred and that the dignity
of the human person is the foundation of
a moral vision for society.  End of Life
issues include euthanasia, treatment of
the terminally ill and capital punishment.
On May 28, 2009 Bishops Jugis and Burbidge joined with the NACCP, the North
Carolina Council of Churches, The General Baptist State Convention and others to
express serious concerns over changes to the Racial Justice Act - S461
